I have been asked about parent participation in the camps.  Parents are welcome to come out during the day to help
with the children.  There will be plenty to do and you are more than welcome to come out as you would like to.
Just be prepared to join in on the activities that the children might be doing.  If you would like to come out and see our place
prior to registering for camp you are more than welcome to do so.  Just give me a call and we can set up a time.

This is the only camp of this type that we are aware of  in the state of Georgia.
The children will be involved in all aspects of ranch life.

They will help with the sorting and pushing of cattle, calf castration, de-horning, and tipping of cattle,
goat hoof trimming, equine hoof trimming and shoeing, equine dental demo vaccination and de-worming,
wood projects, tack cleaning, mucking stalls, and fence repair.  This is just a partial listing of what all the children will be exposed to.

Equine riding activities will include: barrels, poles, goat tying, calf tying, chute dogging,
Texas keyhole, cones, Texas barrels, water balloon carry, obstacle course.

We will be doing donkey bucking, chute doggin, dummy and calf roping.

They will have the opportunity to bottle feed baby goats, and a baby calf.
